LA RODDICK is a versatile vocalist and dedicated music educator with over 30 years of performance experience and more than 25 years of teaching expertise. Her diverse musical background includes Bel Canto vocal training and a Performance Major in Jazz Studies from Humber College in Toronto, giving her a unique blend of classical technique and contemporary style.
As a performer, Laura has graced stages as a soloist and collaborated with a variety of ensembles, showcasing her adaptability across genres from jazz to pop, rock and beyond. Her rich, expressive voice and dynamic stage presence have captivated audiences throughout her extensive career.
In addition to performing, Laura is passionate about music education. She has taught in both private and school settings in Toronto and Regina, guiding students of all ages and skill levels. Her teaching philosophy combines technical excellence with artistic expression, helping students develop their own unique voices while mastering the fundamentals of music.
